Shipping & Returns


We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for service when possible for our UK deliveries. Some larger items will be delivered by courier and take a couple of days to arrive.

Postage in the UK is £3 for most orders but you can select to collect from our studio in Bristol if you prefer.


If you buy something and you're not totally happy with it, for whatever reason*, we will be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs), providing you process your return request within 21 days of placing your order. The item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached.

We want you to be able to buy in confidence from us which is why we have a clear and simple returns policy.


If you wish to exchange or return an item to us please use our contact form or email to start the returns process. For returns and exchanges we ask you to pay the return shipping cost and we will send out any exchanged items with no further shipping cost.

Return shipping costs for subsequent return/exchange requests from the same order will be the responsibility of the customer.


Currently we do not offer exchanges for International orders but will process a refund for items returned (minus original delivery charges). For those customers looking to replace an item you will need to place a new order for that item separately. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Please note that we cannot accept back any mats or mat towels where the wrapping/seal around it has been removed or damaged. Please do not unpack/unroll a mat or mat towel to look at it if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product, as due to hygienic reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund you in these circumstances. If you need any help in choosing a mat or mat towel just get in contact with us. We only sell one brand of mat and one of mat towels as they have survived the rigorous testing by our teachers and staff in our hot studio. Obviously when the mat / towel remains in its packaging we will happily exchange / refund you following the terms of our standard return policy (above)


All products from Inigo Loves Yoga are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we will replace the item (where possible) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving it.


We only sell high quality, brand new clothing and yoga products. They have all been tested in our hot yoga studio by both our staff and stylish customers. We do not sell anything that we do not have faith in, which is why we have a simple and clear returns and exchange policy. We ask that you respect this so that we can continue to deliver high quality, ethical clothing through our online store.

We send all of our deliveries by Royal Mail's first class signed for service in as little packaging as necessary and every item is checked over before sending.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us please get in touch straight away using our contact form or by email to to start the refund process. See our returns policy above for more information.

We understand that you will need to try on the clothing you have ordered from us but will not accept the return of items that have been worn and do not have a fault.
